That article was hysterical in the sense that they actually attempted to monitor the "results" of prayer. Of course, if they only realized that you can't "measure" God's response on our behalf they would have saved alot of time and money.
if it can't be measured, why do christians claim certain things are changed as a result of prayer? How'd they know? They observe what they think is gods intervention. Thats measurement.
perhaps christians shouldnt claim what they think is gods intervention. Or alternatively, perhaps god never intervenes.
